AIMO only collects the information you actively provide through contact forms, demo sign-ups or website analysis tools: name, email, company name, website and message content.
The information is used to respond to your requests, advise on our services and send the reports you request. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data is stored securely and accessible only to relevant staff. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data.
You may request to view, edit or delete your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected].
Our chat, image and video features are powered by Google’s Gemini API (Google LLC / Google Cloud). Prompts, uploaded files and chat content you submit are transmitted to Google to generate responses, and are subject to Google’s data-processing terms. We do not send more data than needed to fulfil your request, and we do not use your content for advertising. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data in chat. For trial accounts (not yet registered), chat runs on Google’s free-of-charge infrastructure (Unpaid Services) — content may be reviewed or anonymously annotated by Google staff to improve their products. Register an account so your chats switch to the paid tier, which is not used for this purpose.
Strictly necessary (cannot be turned off): the Laravel session cookie and XSRF-TOKEN keep you signed in and protect against request forgery; fi_cookie_consent (6 months) records your choice. Chat history is additionally kept locally on your own device in IndexedDB and the Service Worker cache. Functional (optional): theme, language, mode and voice preferences stored in localStorage, plus the fi_gen_draft cookie that carries a draft over from the demo page. Analytics: we currently use no third-party analytics or advertising tools. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time at /chat → Settings menu → Cookie & privacy.
